FAQs

What are the arrival and departure times?                                                      

Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Any early or late arrival cannot be made without prior agreement.
If you need to arrive later, please contact us to organize your welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: In July and August, it will not be possible for us to welcome you before 5 p.m.

Departures must be madebefore 11 a.m.

Where can I park my vehicle?                                                                        

You can park your vehicle inside the property, a parking space is available for each room.

Is breakfast included in the price?                                                          

Yes, breakfasts are included, they are served in our dining room between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Should I bring anything for the room?                                                 

In the rooms, sheets, blankets, towels and bath mats are provided. You will find shower gel and shampoo, a hairdryer and additional heating in each bathroom.

We will provide you with a welcome tray with a bottle of water, a kettle and something to prepare you a coffee or tea in each room.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and a television as well as a private bathroom and a separate toilet.

What payment methods do you accept?                                                             

We accept cash, checks, Paypal, ANCV holiday vouchers and bank transfers.

What are your cancellation conditions?                                                               

We ask for a deposit of 30% of your reservation. If canceled at least 10 days in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.

If you are unable to attend, a change of date is entirely possible depending on availability.

Where can we dine?                                                                                                         

We can offer you meal trays to reserve at least 24 hours before your arrival. We also provide a picnic table in our garden, a fridge and a microwave accessible in the entrance hall.

Otherwise you will find many restaurants not far from there in Chatelaillon-Plage by the sea or even in La Rochelle or Rochefort.

Are animals accepted?                                                                                   

No, animals are not accepted in our rooms to respect people with allergies and for rooms with fragile decor.

Is it possible to offer a gift voucher?                                                                

Yes, we can offer you gift vouchers for one or more nights in the room of your choice. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year and can be sent to you by email, by post or to be collected on site.
